Any modification of land, equipment or permanent structure with a value under $25,000. 

Major Repair

Any maintenance or repair to equipment that is a permanent part of the existing University structure, land or building that has a value over $25,000.

Major Alteration

Any modification of land, equipment or structure with a value over $25,000.

Capital Improvement Project

Any research, academic or clinical initiative with a defined program that adds value or extends the life which has a value over $25,000.
